Integration Manager – Data Center Projects

Sitowise is growing rapidly in the data center, industrial and energy sectors, and our multidisciplinary teams deliver services across the full lifecycle — from early development and permitting to engineering, project management and modernization.

We are now looking for an Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) to support the delivery of large-scale data center project in Southern Finland.

The ITIM will be responsible for all Integration and Technical Infrastructure scope delivery for their respective site. The ITIM will co-ordinate and liaise with several stakeholders both external and internal and as such should have a good balance of technical and project management experience and skills.

The role requires the identification and management of scopes and interdependencies between Client external and internal stakeholders and coordinating same with the physical construction build.

The ITIM forms a key part of the respective local project delivery team, made up of Full Time Employee (FTE) and Vendor support/delivery services. The Integration and Technical Infrastructure Team Manager (ITIM) team consists of Full Time Employee’s (FTE) and Vendor Support.

ITIM Reports to the Program Manager and acts as Employer’s Representative.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the project meets the project KPIs, guidelines and standards.

• The ITIM is responsible for coordinating the handover process and ensuring the required Telecom handover documentation and expectations are met to handover the space to Client.

• Responsible for management and reporting of the planning and execution status of the

  following scopes and deliverables:

  i. Furniture Fixture and Fittings (FF&E).

  ii. Audio Visual (AV).

  iii. Radio Over IP (ROIP).

  iv. Telecoms, internal and external facility, and network.

  v. Security, physical and electrical.

  vi. Corpnet WAN, LAN, WLAN.

  vii. Div 1 Integration Client handover requirements.

  viii. RNI Close out

  ix. EPMS/BAS/ Client interfaces. CE Network.

• Manage, and ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree e.g. in Telecommunications or Construction.

• Project Management and or equivalent Telecom experience.

• Proven track record of relevant work experience in the Nordics with full license to work in Finland.

• 7 + years’ experience in Telecommunication construction related project management.

• Must have Client or Contractor side onsite Datacenter construction or management experience.

• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

• RCDD or equivalent technical accreditation preferred.

• BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation experience.

• English Language skills - Strong verbal and written communication
